A wait for a call

My great grandmother died yesterday night(November 21)! Her age was around hundred!! She was bedridden for quite a long time. The last time I visited her, she could sit up with help(2 years ago). That time I took a snap of her along with my grandmother,my mom, me and my son.So 5 generations were together in that snap!!

During the visit before that, I remember her asking us that "why God is still not calling me?" Felt sad on hearing that!! She was suffering so much because of being bedridden and doing everything with aid!!

So God's date to call her was on 21st November 2011. Wishing and hoping her soul may find ultimate happiness in God's presence!!

Long long I wait

The purpose of a film

Now here comes a picture called "The Dirty Picture'!! Well, what has this film in-store to offer our society? What is that great lesson that it is going to teach us? To be sympathetic towards the life of 'Silk Smitha' and understand that she suffered a lot? Okay, if that is the story, why are they selling vulgarity in the film? One of the film's hero is saying that the film portrays the heroine's( of DP's) talents!! The lady had showed that she is talented on her first picture itself! Now the film has converted the mature and respected image that the society gave her to something else!!!The lady shows horrific and irritating facial expressions of lust in certain scenes!! I am sure the crew must have appreciated the heroine after each shot on how talented she is and I feel the lady totally fell for that!!

Even Silk Smitha's brother filed a petition in the High Court, alleging character assassination of his sister.He claimed that the film was based on tampered facts of her life and portrays his sister in an obscene manner.(Courtesy: The Times of India)

I couldn't control writing a few lines about this film as its trailer is coming in the television a lot and is generating a polluted air!!! One of my friend told me that her 4 year old kid said to her when the song of the film came on tv that, I don't like this. And I am happy about it.
For a four year to say that, you can only imagine how dirty the vibes of the film really is!!

Make a better place!

Recently I read a few articles about how the number of child criminals are increasing year by year!!! It is shocking as well as sad to realise the fact that the new generation is quite prone to having criminal minds!! And I think there is an unavoidable hand of media in this. When media spread negative vibes, not only kids but people of all age ranges are affected!!

The 'Soumya murder case' that took place in Kerala shocked everyone. The culprit raped the girl who got fatally injured and that too in the railway tracks!! The news article on Hyderabad times claims that the reports on the misuse of street children are increasing!!!

What should we do? How can we protect the new generation?

Parents should be very careful on what our children are watching on the television and internet. We should make sure that children should learn to be careful as well as differentiate between what is good and what is bad for them!!!

In some states there are organizations like Shishu Bhavan that provides the children with shelter and also ensures their dietary requirements.

Wouldn't it be a better life for the street kids to have food, shelter and education with support from organizations like this than to be on the streets begging or resorting to other criminal acts to sustain their life.

A fact

I have experienced the fact that, sometimes....our brain can't control our actions and the words that come from us!!! :)

What a secure feeling we can get if we believe that we r very special to the creator of the world!!!

Now when I am writing this after a long gap.....I have a lovely news to share. I got a baby girl on January 21st. My Jenah!! :) I am a mother of 2 kids now.
