After having our second baby, it took almost an year for us to get ready for a leisure outing. The destination was, Leonia Resorts, Hyderabad. The place is an hour's driving distance from our home.
I packed Joel's favourite peanut butter sandwich and a few chicken sausages. Children love to eat in the car, than at home :)
Got the USB ready with kid's special nursery rhymes and mary poppins's songs.
At around 9.00 am our trip started.
Both the kids were calm as they were enjoying the songs. The song "Let's go fly a kite..." from 'Mary Poppins' have a magic that can simply lift our spirits!
All of us were excited about our first leisure outing(with just four of us).
After having food Jenah slept, hearing the rhymes.
On reaching the gate of LR, a welcome juice was served to all of us. Mmmm...felt good. After settling things at reception, we straight-away went to Leo-splash. Enjoyed there with kids for almost 2 hours.
Check-in time at the resort room was at 2 pm. We went in and there was a pleasant surprise for us. Two cookies with our kids name :)

Had a chicken biriyani at Leo Bistro and trust me, the biriyani was awesome. Had a complimentary veg salad with rosemary sause in it. It was too good.
Joel saw the kids park nearby and wanted to spend sometime there. So we went & relaxed there. Later went to Fairy world where both kids were taken care by nannies.
Jerry went to do archery while I spend some time browsing the book -
(Lots of books are there in Fairy world)
In the evening we,
- walked through some trails
- explored the area
- reached room
- slept soon after dinner.
Next day, went to the "Sun and Moon" restaurent where the complimentary breakfast was served. Mmmm...the breakfast was a real treat to the taste buds! I think almost all variety of nuts that I have seen was there. Variety flakes, dry fruits, idlis, dosas, omlet, even chicken salami was there.
This day, Jerry and me did surfing, water bubble, water slide etc. while children were taken care by nannies. That section is a real blessing for parents. Later kids joined us and there was again "water water" all around us.
